Shipping & Returns

Returns

  • *All claims must be addressed within 15 days of receipt of product.
  • All sales from the Signs4Work, its catalog and this website are final.
  • All returns require prior authorization from our customer service department where you willreceive a Return Authorization Number.
  • All returns must clearly display a return authorization number obtained from Signs4Work customer services.
  • Packages not displaying RAN will be refused.
  • Authorized returns for goods other than defective merchandise will be subject to a 15%-25% restocking charge. Defective goods will be replaced (not credited) upon receipt of defective merchandise.
  • All returns must be shipped via UPS. Signs4Work will arrange a shipping label to be emailed to customer.\Shipping Expenses/Returns will be deducted from all returns.
  • Please note: By Signing for your shipment without documenting any damages, the signee is acknowledging that the product was delivered free of damage and the product is non-returnable and a ship damage claim can no longer be filed. The Item can not be returned by signee.

Shipping

  • Signs4Work offers Free Freight on orders over $150 (some restrictions apply based on product selection, item and Weight) all orders ship standard delivery.
  • Orders under $150, will see a $12.95 shipping charge.
  • Free Freight applies only to the 48 contiguous states.

Signs4Work may condense your package to meet size and weight restrictions in order to expedite your order and keep shipping costs low. This may include smaller boxes, using less cores, etc. Specifically overnight orders. Please contact Signs4Work with any questions.

  • Overnight Shipping: Additional costs maybe requested due to size, weight and dimensions of packages. Due to limitations on material stocked, Signs4Work reserves the right to cancel your overnight order if communication does not occur. We know your order is important so please leave accurate reliable contact information. Signs4Work is not responsible for Shipping errors if in correct shipping address is given. questions email service@signs4work.com
  • Signs4Work Next Day Saver Shipping: Costs $19.90, Signs4Work reserves the right to cancel your 2 Day Air order if communication does not occur. Signs4Work will condense your order to meet certain size Requirements (one less core, product wrapped around other material etc.)
  • Goods Damaged in Transit: in rare instances where goods are damaged or the order is incomplete, do not accept the goods from the shipper as having been received in good order. All shipments are deemed to have been received in good order unless we are notified in writing within a period of seven days following delivery of the goods.
  • Shipping your order: Signs4Work ships all order UPS standard ground or 2-day air.  If you require a change in your shipping after your transaction had been completed, contact us right away and we will try to accommodate your request.
  • Pick Up Policy:
    • Allow 1 day to prep your order
    • Pick up is from 9:30 until 4:30 (your local time)
    • All orders must be prepaid before pick up
    • Same day pick up must be placed by 11:30am
    • orders placed after 11:30am will not be available until next business day.
  • Walk In Policy: Please refer to the guidelines on the Pick Up Policy. If you would like to discuss our products you can always reach us at 1-701-478-4440 to set up a meeting.
  • Add-on and change policy: Signs4Work processes orders in a quick timely manner to insure your package ships on time.
    • Add-ons, changes or corrections cannot be made after the order is "Confirmed". Please review specifics such as widths, colors and quantities in your cart before completion. Any add-ons will be treated as a separate order and charged accordingly
