• All claims must be addressed within 15 days of receipt of product.
  • All sales from Signs 4 Work, its catalog and this website are final.
  • All returns require prior authorization from our customer service department where you will receive a Return Authorization Number.
  • Authorized returns for goods other than defective merchandise will be subject to a 15%-25% restocking charge. Defective goods will be replaced (not credited) upon receipt of defective merchandise.
  • All returns must be shipped via UPS. Signs 4 Work will arrange a shipping label to be emailed to customer. Shipping Expenses/Returns will be deducted from all returns.
  • Please note: By Signing for your shipment without documenting any damages, the signee is acknowledging that the product was delivered free of damage and the product is non-returnable and a ship damage claim can no longer be filed. The Item can not be returned by signee.
